Coral Head Productions (CHP) is an international media development company, created in February 2014 in Portland, Oregon USA. CHP specializes in producing food and travel photography, website development, filming, editing and producing documentaries.
 
The team at CHP is currently in post production on a television series called Trading Dishes. In May of 2015, the host Chef Steven Ferneding and the CHP  film crew departed from Portland, Oregon for 93 days to film the show. Their goal was to educate the world on the affects of climate change, world hunger and sustainable agriculture. They accomplished this by traveling to India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Indonesia by collaborating with local natives and the non-profit Practical Action.

 
CHP's objective is to show how fun, easy, and enjoyable; travel and cooking can be. trying to educate the world on growing their own food, and the effects global climate change is having on people all around the world. With the right information, hard work, a great attitude, and an open mind we believe “feeding the world one dish at a time” is well within reach.
