3 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 paper towel
1 wooden spoon
1 small sauté pan
1. Place sauté pan over medium high heat + add coconut flakes.
2. Stir with wooden spoon until coconut turns light brown.
3. Remove from pan and allow to cool on a paper towel.
