As I delved deeper into the world of smoked paprika, I learned that it has been a staple in Spanish cuisine for centuries. Originally known as pimentón, smoked paprika is made from drying and smoking peppers over oak wood, giving it a distinct smoky flavor and aroma.


Aside from its incredible taste, smoked paprika also boasts a variety of health benefits, from improving digestion to fighting inflammation.

Eager to experiment with this new ingredient, I set out to create a dish that would showcase the bold flavor of smoked paprika.
