We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders below $50, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied. Trading Dishes Member’s receive free shipping on all orders.
We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in a timely and safe manner. Our primary carriers are USPS, UPS and FedEx.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays may experience longer processing times.
Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the United States. International orders may take up to 14 business days for delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Asia, Europe, and Australia. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. Please note that the recipient will be responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we do not ship to countries where our products are prohibited or restricted.
